Chop 1 pound cooked shrimp and 1/4 cup chopped celery. Place them in a mixing bowl and add 1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. Stir gently to combine.
Notes
Chill the shrimp salad for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.If you prefer an all mayonnaise dressing you can use one cup of mayo and omit the yogurt.
