Mini Prosciutto Caprese Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 8 Basil Leaves
  • 16 Mozzaella balls mini pearl mozzarella balls
  • drizzle olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Rinse 8 Cherry tomatoes, and 8 Basil Leaves and pat them dry.
  • Grab a mini skewer or toothpick and thread on a mozzarella ball and basil leaf, next a cherry tomato, a piece of prosciuto aan dnother mozzarella ball.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and garlic powder

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
If you are using larger-sized mozzarella balls, reduce the amount to two balls.
