Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions (al dente), drain and rinse in cold water.
while the pasta is cooking,, dice the 1 cup Onion, 2 ribs Celery, and place them into a salad bowl,
Stir in the mayonnaise. Adjust the flavor with sea salt and pepper if desired

Store leftover pasta in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to four days.For best results make this salad at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors blend together.Adjust the consistency of the mayonnaise with a little bit of vinegar or lemon juice.
