Place the ingredients 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder into a small jar or bowl and shake or mix thoroughly. You can also use an immersion blender.
