Place all of the ingredients ( 1 cup Cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Chives, 1 teaspoon Dill, 1/2 teasopoon Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice) into the bowl of a food processor or a blender.
Blend until the dip is creamy. Adjust consistency with water or milk.
