Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Chicken Breast cooked, shedded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Green Onion For garnish
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spice blend

Instructions

  • Chop the peppers, celery and chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise, yogurt and cajun spice blend.
  • Use a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients. Garnish with green onions and serve in a sandwich or salad.
