Prepare: roughly chop the garlic, squeeze the lime juice and slice the lime in half. Scoop out the avocado pit and flesh.
Place 2 tablespoons Lime juice and 2 cloves Garlic (chopped) into a food processor and pulse.
Place the avocado flesh into the food processor and blend until creamy.
Notes
This makes a small portion of guacamole and it can easily be doubled or tripled using the recipe scale feature.Store leftovers for up to two days covered in plastic in the refrigerator.
