Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients 1/4 cup olive oil,1 tablespoon dijon mustard,3 tablespoons lemon juice,1 tablespoon maple syrup,1/2 teaspoon garlic powder into a small jar or bowl.
  • Shake the jar or whisk the ingredients together in a bowl. If time allows let the dressing sit for approximately 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dressing should be enough for 2 to 3 medium-sized salads. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a sealed container
