Slice 1/2 Baguette Bread into 12 slices that are about 3/4 to 1 inch thich in size. Roughly chop 4 Figs.
Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet and place them under the broiler for a few minutes until they become lightly toasted. Flip them over and toast the other side. Remove from the oven and cool.
Once the bread is cool spread goat cheese on each slice of bread and drizzle honey over each slice.

RECIPE TIPS
Be sure to sue ripe, fresh figs that are slightly soft to the touch, but not too soft.
To avoid soggy crostini, don't overload the toppings and serve the crostini just after they have been assembled.
