Ingredients

  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill dried
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees f.
  • Place 2 cups oyster crackers, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon chives, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt into a mixing bowl and gently stir to combine all of the ingredients ensureing that the crackers are covered with oil and spices.
  • Arrange the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 7 minutes; gently toss them in the pan and bake for another 7 to 10 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.

Store oyster crackers in a sealed container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
