- 8 ounces Cheese Tortellini
- 6 ounces Mozzarella Pearls
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
- 14 Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Cook 8 ounces Cheese Tortellini according to the package instructions; rinse cooked tortellini in cold water
Cut 14 Cherry Tomatoes in half, and roughly chop 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
Place 6 ounces Mozzarella Pearls, cherry tomatoes and basil into a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl (3 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder)
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss.
Store leftover pasta salad in the refrigerator for 3 days.
