Caprese Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 ounces Mozzarella Pearls
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
  • 14 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Cook 8 ounces Cheese Tortellini according to the package instructions; rinse cooked tortellini in cold water
  • Cut 14 Cherry Tomatoes in half, and roughly chop 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
  • Place 6 ounces Mozzarella Pearls, cherry tomatoes and basil into a bowl.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl (3 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder)
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss.

Notes

Store leftover pasta salad in the refrigerator for 3 days.
